We believe that the insurance industry is ripe for innovation as existing business models are inefficient and do not best serve the interests of UK businesses. Our innovation projects aim to address these fundamental issues by embracing new technologies and engaging with customers in a new way.
You can’t do business today the same way you were doing it yesterday and expect to survive tomorrow!
In 2016 we started working with InnovateUK and Glasgow University’s Adam Smith Business School on an 18 month Knowledge Transfer Partnership. This was focussed on creating a new business model for the market that embraced changing client expectations and moving to a more transparent customer-focused approach.
Our KTP final report was assessed and awarded Grade A (Outstanding) by an independent external assessment panel in 2019.
Bee2Bee – our new business model developed in partnership with Glasgow University and focussed on the 3 key value pillars of Knowledge, Risk Management and Insurance.
