In the unfortunate event of a claim, our claims team will support you through this process from intimation to settlement.

We also have Claims Assist which allows 24/7 access to our loss assessor in the event of an out of hours claim.

At CCRS, we believe in going that extra mile, which is why we are more than happy to visit the premises after a claim to fully understand the accident circumstances and accurately report back to insurers.

We are also happy to provide training around Claims Defensibility to give your employees guidance on how to avoid/minimise the risk of accidents and the best course of action following a claim.  In addition, we offer risk management advice and regular claims analysis reports to better manage your risk and ultimately lower your premiums.
