Having built up knowledge of claims reporting procedures across all of our markets, we have effective systems in place to ensure that all claims are submitted and processed efficiently.

  • Dedicated Claims Manager:  To deliver our company value of ‘Extraordinary Service’, we believe in having a dedicated point of contact to manage the claim from intimation to settlement
  • Agreed Claims Reporting Procedure:  To provide you with clarity around claims reporting, we will develop a reporting procedure and provide assistance to your organisation in order to help build your in-house knowledge of claims
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Insurers: This will ensure quality and timescale expectations are clearly defined from policy inception
  • Defence of Spurious Allegations: We encourage insurers to offer a robust defence on your behalf and manage claims reserves for these allegations
  • Claims Assist:  This service provides access to a loss assessor for property and liability claims 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Challenge Claims Reserves:  We will challenge insurers on their claims reserve philosophy where we feel the reserve is not proportionate to the nature of the claim. This will ensure unreasonable claims reserves are not being considered within your claims experience which could have a negative effect on rating
